Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to support our marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, vendor coordination, and managing backend processes across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in uploading and managing product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely onboarding and cataloging.
• Ensure accuracy of product content, pricing, images, and descriptions across platforms.
• Monitor product performance, visibility, and ensure listings are optimized as per platform algorithms.
• Assist with inventory updates, stock availability, and order fulfillment coordination.
• Help track and resolve operational issues with marketplace partners.
• Generate and maintain performance reports using Excel or platform dashboards.
• Support the team with day-to-day e-commerce operations and special projects.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (pursuing MBA preferred).
• Prior internship or work experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or cataloging.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic analytics).
• Familiarity with major marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Environment: Office setting.
