Operations Executive – E-commerce

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Operations Executive – E-commerce to manage daily order processing, shipping, inventory, and customer issue resolution. The role involves handling Shopify operations, courier coordination, material inventory, RTO/NDA cases, and ensuring smooth hyperlocal deliveries across Kolkata, Howrah, and Hooghly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order & Delivery Management:
• Oversee end-to-end order processing on E-Commerce and manage day-to-day dispatches.
• Coordinate with courier partners for last-mile and hyperlocal delivery operations.
• Monitor NDA (non-delivery attempts) and RTO (return to origin) cases, ensuring timely resolution.
• Inventory & Material Management:
• Manage complete packaging material inventory, raw material, and finished goods.
• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accurate stock levels across locations.
• Shipping & Courier Coordination:
• Work with shipping aggregator platforms for booking, tracking, and resolving issues.
• Handle COD remittances, billing disputes, and payment settlements.
• Customer Dispute Resolution:
• Address delivery complaints, product quality issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes within TAT.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure proper packaging, product quality checks, and timely dispatch to maintain service standards.
• Day-to-Day Operations:
• Coordinate with riders, vendors, and cross-functional teams for seamless operations.
• Ensure smooth hyperlocal deliveries across Kolkata, Howrah, and Hooghly regions.

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience in FMCG operations will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with E- commerce and shipping aggregators.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with inventory software/tools and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage pressure, multitask, and lead operational execution end-to-end.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
