Requirements

Position Overview

Jazz - Fikrfree is seeking a detail oriented and disciplined candidate to support day to day operational activities. This role is primarily focused on routine administrative, coordination, and data management tasks that ensure smooth internal processes and customer support operations.

This position is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands on experience in product development, business operations, process management, and digital platform workflows.

1. Data Management & Record Keeping

  • Organize digital documentation and verification records for various partners and the insurance products available on the platform
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports

2. Customer Support Coordination

  • Monitor support tickets and assign them to relevant partners
  • Follow up on pending customer queries and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain logs of customer complaints and resolutions

4. Partner & Vendor Coordination

  • Maintain contact lists of partner organizations
  • Track partner response times and document updates
  • Support verification processes with partner entities

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare structured reports for operational metrics
  • Update SOP documents as instructed for the platform
  • Assist in process documentation and workflow mapping

6. General Administrative Support

  • Support onboarding documentation for new users or partners
  • Perform other routine administrative tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Business Administration, Management, Finance, IT, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow structured processes
  • Responsible and capable of handling repetitive operational tasks efficiently

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)

  • Prior internship experience in operations or administration
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms or fintech/insurance ecosystems
  • Basic reporting and data analysis skills
