Key Result Areas:
Support in verifyingCCPs, OPRPs, and PRPs established as per the Hazard Control Plan to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Food sample collection for microbiology analysis as per the plan given.
Support in food safety data gathering, customer complaint investigation and document collection during traceability
Support in food safety administration related tasks. This includesmaintainingregisters related to food safety monitoring and verifications activities
Conduct Personal hygiene verification of Food Handlersand report any deviations to the established personal hygiene policy.
Support Food Safety Management wheneverrequiredto do other operational requirements
Education Qualification:
Bachelor*s Degree preferably with a background in science
Level 2 Food Safety Training
Work Experience:
Years of Experience: Minimum6monthsgeneral experiencein Food production orMicrobiology fields
Skills:
Should havegood communicationskills and fluent in English Language.
Shouldbe able to work effectively as part of a team and able to organizeownwork.*
