Intern - Food Safety

Key Result Areas

  1. Support in verifying CCPs, OPRPs, and PRPs established as per the Hazard Control Plan to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  2. Food sample collection for microbiology analysis as per the plan given.
  3. Support in food safety data gathering, customer complaint investigation and document collection during traceability
  4. Support in food safety administration related tasks. This includes maintaining registers related to food safety monitoring and verifications activities
  5. Conduct Personal hygiene verification of Food Handlers and report any deviations to the established personal hygiene policy.
  6. Support Food Safety Management whenever required to do other operational requirements


Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably with a background in science
  • Level 2 Food Safety Training


Work Experience:

  • Years of Experience: Minimum 6 months general experience in Food production or Microbiology fields

Skills:

  • Should have good communication skills and fluent in English Language.
  • Should be able to work effectively as part of a team and able to organize own work.
