Intern for Vacation Home Management

Our company’s main business focuses on real estate investment and management, as well as providing related information technology solutions.

The work involves managing vacation rental properties in the Los Angeles area, assisting with real estate investment projects across the United States, researching and analyzing property data, reviewing relevant local government regulations, and supporting website platform testing and optimization.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and collaborators
• Flexible and capable of handling complex or unexpected situations
• Possess logical reasoning and data analysis skills, with the ability to creatively solve problems through information research
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, in any major; experience in data analysis or website operations is a plus
• Experience in hotels, vacation rentals, or property management is preferred

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month
