RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will work with the Go To Market team and business leaders across our global firm to plan, manage and deliver key marketing initiatives. Primarily, these initiatives will focus on:

  • Support Go-To-Market Development: Assist in creating and refining GTM materials, sales collateral, and other tools used across the business for both service offerings and industry-specific initiatives.

  • Deck Creation: Assist the GTM team in developing presentation decks for client meetings as well as internal materials to support meeting preparation and strategic discussions.

  • Research: Conduct research to help the GTM team identify potential sales channels and perform due diligence on revenue-generating activities.

  • Campaign Coordination: Learn and utilize workflow/project management platforms (e.g., Workfront) to submit, track, and manage marketing or campaign-related requests in collaboration with GTM leads.

  • Digital Content & Website Support: Help maintain and update team bios, website content, and related digital assets by coordinating with marketing stakeholders and web management teams; assist with basic web page editing tasks as needed.

  • Email & Direct Marketing Execution: Support the creation and deployment of email marketing and direct mail campaigns using marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua). This may include drafting communications such as deal announcements, new hire announcements, event invitations, and other outreach materials.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) to assist in tracking and analyzing campaign performance across channels—email, web, and social media—and help assess marketing ROI.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance), Management (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance), Marketing, Communications or Public Relations or MBA from an accredited college or university.
  • Expected graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027
  • Major GPA of 3.2
  • Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to produce consistent quality work.

  • Excellent written communication skills for different business audiences and communication types, across various locations and media

  • An enthusiastic, proactive, ‘hands on’ and ‘can do’ approach to tackling projects and new challenges

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Salary range for this role is $20 - $25 USD/hr
