Who we seek:
Tilray Brands is looking for a curious, highly motivated Design Intern to join our creative team. This role is perfect for a design student who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute consumer‑facing design work for over a dozen national and regional brands while building up real world portfolio pieces. You would report to the Creative Director and collaborate with other in-house designers developing point-of-sale materials, advertising, signage, web and social media graphics, presentation decks, merchandise, packaging, and more.
What you'll do:
- Create production-ready artwork for marketing materials such as print ads, point-of-sale materials, posters, billboards, signage, etc.
- Build renderings and mock-ups of retail displays and packaging using Photoshop, artificial intelligence, and other tools.
- Manage large quantities of files across various channels to execute campaigns and programming in retail and hospitality environments.
- Ensure consistency of on-brand design across platforms and campaigns.
- Join brainstorming sessions to conceptualize ideas.
- Enthusiastically tackle new and exciting challenges within a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
What you'll bring:
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud apps, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Ability to build and edit decks in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to effectively manage time and multiple projects.
- Knowledge of various printing techniques a plus.
- Strong illustrating skills a plus.
- Photography or videography experience a plus.
- Team oriented player, as well as self-motivated.
- Passionate about craft beer with a sense of humor.
