As a Junior Designer, you’ll work closely with our marketing and brand design teams to bring ideas to life.

Your day-to-day could include:

• Designing visuals for web, email, and social media (marketing & communication materials)
• Creating mock-ups, assets, presentations, or wireframes under guidance
• Supporting brand consistency across platforms and teams
• Collaborating with marketers and senior designers
• Iterating on feedback and continuously improving your craft

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 0–2 years of design experience (internships or freelance count!)
• A solid portfolio showing visual design skills (even academic or self-initiated work)
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and layout, color, and typography
• Willingness to take feedback and learn quickly
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly (visually and verbally)

Bonus Points For:

• Interest in UI/UX design and user flows
• Familiarity with basic prototyping or motion tools
• Understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS basics)
• Experience working with design systems or component libraries
