About Us:
We are a USA based logistics company, also working on an innovative IT project – a Transport Management System (TMS) for the US logistics industry. We are looking for a motivated HR & Admin Intern to join our Bangalore office and support our HR & recruitment processes and look after Administration. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to HR practices in both logistics and IT startup environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and HR records.
- Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
- Draft HR letters, policies, and internship agreements.
- Coordinate with teams for attendance, leave, and employee engagement activities.
- Research HR trends & suggest improvements in HR processes.
- Handle Administrative responsibilities
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate/Undergraduate student pursuing HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR tools (LinkedIn, job portals, MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
