Intern – HR Recruiter

About the Role

ProGetters is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our growing recruitment operations. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn end-to-end hiring and build a strong foundation in HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist with onboarding activities and HR documentation.
  • Support the HR team in employer branding and other HR initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and professional email etiquette.
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

  • Graduate/Undergraduate pursuing HR, Management, or related fields.
  • Freshers welcome. Previous HR internship experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
