Roles & Responsibilities:

Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews

Assist in onboarding new hires and updating employee records

Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed

Assist in payroll processing, including data entry and reviewing time records

Support final settlement procedures for offboarding employees, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree (recent graduate) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized

Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of HRIS systems is a bonus
