Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and updating employee records
  • Help organize employee engagement activities
  • Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed
  • Assist in payroll processing, including data entry and reviewing time records
  • Support final settlement procedures for offboarding employees, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (recent graduate) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
  • Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of HRIS systems is a bonus
