Job Summary:
IT help desk intern will provide first-level technical support troubleshooting hardware software and network issues via phone email or chat. The primary responsibility is to resolve common problems efficiently or escalate complex incidents to specialized support teams ensuring minimal disruption for users and systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The following tasks are to be completed under the direct supervision of the Client Services Supervisor or Lead Technician:
