About Jusoor: "Jusoor" جسور means bridges, which represent connections, opportunities, and pathways for graduates transitioning into the professional world. The program acts as a bridge between academia and the workforce, ensuring a smooth transition for top graduates. It highlights networking and emphasizes partnerships with universities, and key clients in the Eastern Province.

This program is one of Kiyadat’s initiatives as it supports our Nationalization ambition, ensuring a skilled and competent Saudi workforce, and demonstrating Deloitte's commitment to national development and client satisfaction.

During your tenure as an intern, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

• Client Engagements: Interns may assist with client engagements, working on projects related to consulting assignments. This could involve, conducting research, preparing reports, or contributing to client meetings.
• Team Support: Interns often work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to the overall team effort. They may assist in gathering and organizing information, participating in team discussions, and supporting the team in various tasks.
• Learning and Development: provide valuable learning opportunities. They may also have access to online resources, workshops, and networking events to enhance their professional development.
• Data Analysis: Interns might be involved in data analysis tasks, such identifying patterns or anomalies, and using software tools to extract insights.
• Research and Documentation: Research is often. Interns may conduct research on industry trends, regulatory changes, or specific client issues. They may also be responsible for documenting their findings, preparing presentations, or contributing to written reports.

Qualifications and Technical Capabilities

• Based in the KSA Eastern province
• Undergraduate degree with a GPA not less than 3.3 out of 4
• MBA or a relevant master’s degree or certificate is a plus
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus
• Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on team working
• Ability to operate and understand excellent project and program management disciplines including production of project plans and key quality program deliverables
• Strong administrative and numeracy skills and ability to analyze complex data with good attention to details
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment and flexible work hours
