Intern - Maintenance Engineer (Lahore)

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Intern – Maintenance Engineer to support our maintenance and after-sales service operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to develop their technical and customer-handling skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and handle mobile phones from customers or distributors for repair and service.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with support from senior engineers.
• Study technical manuals and product documentation to enhance repair knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates and solutions.
• Provide professional responses to customer queries and technical concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and service activities.
• Assist in identifying recurring issues and provide timely feedback.
• Support service consultants during busy hours or in their absence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and efficiency.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BS Electrical Engineering) from a recognized university.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• B.S Electrical Engineering Fresh graduates or students enrolled in 4th semester and above can also apply.
