Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Materials Master Data Steward Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management, analysis, and maintenance of materials master data within our organization. You will work closely with the Materials Management team to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of materials data across our systems.

This position is located in Dallas, TX supporting our Data Operations team and follows a in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or showsite.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing and cleansing materials master data to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with the Materials Management team to standardize materials data and align it with business processes
  • Conduct data quality checks and assist in implementing processes to maintain clean and reliable materials master data
  • Support data integration and validation processes related to materials master data
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand materials data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Help resolve data discrepancies and issues by conducting analysis and working with relevant teams to implement corrective actions
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance frameworks and best practices related to materials master data
  • Assist in generating reports and dashboards to monitor the quality and completeness of materials data
  • Participate in materials data enrichment activities to improve data quality and usability
  • Learn and contribute to the selection and implementation of MDM tools for materials data management
  • Available to work for 10 weeks during the summer of 2026

Education & Experience

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Junior, Senior, or recently Graduated
