Job Purpose
The Procurement Intern will support the Procurement team in daily operational, administrative, and coordination activities. The role provides hands-on exposure to procurement processes, supplier coordination, documentation management, and market research while contributing to the efficient delivery of procurement operations and compliance with company procedures.
Roles, Responsibilities, Duties

Support the Procurement team in day-to-day operational and administrative activities.

Assist in preparing purchase requests, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.

Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to follow up on quotations, deliveries, and documentation requirements.

Support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate vendor records and databases.

Conduct market research and benchmarking on suppliers, products, and pricing trends.

Assist in tracking procurement activities, delivery schedules, and order status updates.

Organize and maintain procurement files, contracts, and related documentation.

Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and procurement summaries.

Participate in meetings with suppliers and internal departments when required.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and approval processes.

Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team as needed.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree student or recent graduate in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Internship or academic exposure within operations, procurement, or supply chain is preferred.
