Maintain and organize project documents, records, and correspondence.
Assist in tracking project submissions, approvals, permits, and inspections.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, suppliers, and site staff.
Monitor project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks and documentation.
Support the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.
Assist with procurement documentation, quotations, and supplier coordination.
Ensure all project files are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
Support project handover documentation and close-out procedures.
Perform general administrative and coordination duties as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in administration, coordination, document control, customer service, or project support roles (internship experience is an advantage).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
