Intern Projects Coordinator

  • Maintain and organize project documents, records, and correspondence.

  • Assist in tracking project submissions, approvals, permits, and inspections.

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, suppliers, and site staff.

  • Monitor project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks and documentation.

  • Support the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.

  • Assist with procurement documentation, quotations, and supplier coordination.

  • Ensure all project files are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.

  • Support project handover documentation and close-out procedures.

  • Perform general administrative and coordination duties as required.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in administration, coordination, document control, customer service, or project support roles (internship experience is an advantage).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
