Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Intern to manage student inquiry calls, guide prospective students about PAC programs, and support the admissions team. The role focuses on handling admission-related outbound and inbound calls and ensuring timely follow-ups to increase conversions.
* Successful Internship may lead to permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make inquiry calls to prospective students for admissions.
- Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about PAC programs
- Maintain inquiry logs and update data in the admission system.
- Follow up on leads regularly until final admission.
- Assist students with admission procedures, requirements, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with the admissions department for walk-in or referred students.
- Respond to WhatsApp, SMS, and email admission queries when required.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication skills and confident telephone handling.
- Ability to explain courses and guide students clearly.
- Basic MS Office and data entry knowledge.
- Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, polite behavior, and strong listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced admissions environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh (Must have good communication) or experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in call center or admissions will be an advantage.
- Training will be provided
