The Internship at Medtronic will support and help Surgical innovation team within an assigned tasks on following up orders from hospitals , finalizing all related invoices with customer care and products release .

Internship details:

• Start date: December/ January
• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Cairo
• Working hours: 40 h/week
• Working model: hybrid

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Excute sales orders generated by sales team , following up all the releated process till the customer recieve the goods .
• Support in Market releated interactions when needed .
• Managing and responding to customer concerns and problems.
• Arranging demonstration of products by field sales representatives.

Required knowledge:

• Recently graduated or about to graduate with a bachelor’s degree
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Eager to learn & develop
• Agility to work with a team, Good communication skills
• M ultitasking

Nice to Haves:

• Practical knowledge of sales techniques, strategies & relationship building
• Demonstrated ability to work independently & drive results
• Degree in biological science or business preferred
• Business planning skills
• Acceptable communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to grasp use of technology & applications (ie., iPad, SalesForce.com, SAP); PC literate
