Job Summary

Enza Home is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Sales & Design Intern to gain hands-on experience in premium furniture retail and interior concepts. This internship is designed to develop practical skills in sales, customer interaction, and basic design concepts, with strong performance leading to a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist sales and design teams in daily showroom operations
• Support customer interactions and understand client requirements
• Help prepare basic furniture layouts, mood boards, and product presentations
• Assist in preparing quotations, sales orders, and follow-ups
• Learn Enza Home product knowledge, collections, and brand standards
• Support showroom visual merchandising and display maintenance
• Coordinate with team members for order processing and execution
• Participate in client meetings and presentations under supervision

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or final-year students in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus
• Strong interest in sales, design, and furniture industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and professional behavior
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
