Job Overview

Enza Home Lahore is seeking a creative and motivated Intern – Sales & Design to support our showroom team in both customer sales engagement and interior design assistance. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about furniture, interior styling, and customer interaction, and offers hands-on exposure to a premium international home furnishing brand. Outstanding performance may lead to a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support:

• Assist sales consultants in handling walk-in customers and understanding their requirements
• Present furniture, décor, and home solutions in a professional manner
• Support in preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices
• Follow up with customers under supervision to support closing of sales
• Help achieve showroom sales targets

Design Support:

• Assist in basic space planning and furniture layout proposals
• Support in preparing mood boards, design presentations, and visual concepts
• Help customers visualize furniture placement using layouts or design tools
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure design concepts align with customer needs

Showroom Operations:

• Maintain visual merchandising and showroom display standards
• Assist in product tagging, catalog updates, and sample organization
• Support inventory coordination and product knowledge updates

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Student or fresh graduate in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Creative mindset with an interest in interior design and furniture styling
• Basic computer skills (MS Office; design software knowledge is a plus)
• Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and professional appearance
