Job Overview

Enza Home Islamabad is seeking a creative and motivated Intern – Sales & Design to support our showroom team. This role combines sales exposure with interior design experience, allowing interns to learn how to present furniture solutions, assist customers, and contribute to designing beautiful home spaces. Outstanding interns may be offered a full-time Sales & Design role.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support:

• Assist sales consultants in greeting and engaging showroom customers
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture and home décor solutions
• Support in preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices
• Follow up with potential customers under supervision
• Help achieve showroom sales targets

Design Support:

• Assist in creating layout plans, mood boards, and basic design concepts for customer spaces
• Support senior designers in product placement and interior styling
• Help clients visualize furniture and décor arrangements
• Assist in coordinating with sales and production teams for design feasibility

Showroom & Brand Support:

• Maintain showroom displays and visual merchandising standards
• Stay updated on new collections and materials
• Provide a professional and positive experience for all visitors

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree (Interior Design, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or related field)
• Creative mindset with an interest in interior design and retail sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office; design software knowledge is a plus)
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and professional appearance
