Job Summary

Enza Home is offering a hands-on Sales & Design Internship for motivated students or fresh graduates who want real-world exposure to client handling, furniture design, and showroom sales. High-performing interns will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Sales & Design role upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Assist the sales team in engaging with showroom visitors and online inquiries.
• Learn to understand client requirements and suggest suitable furniture solutions.
• Support lead follow-ups, quotations, and proposals under guidance.
• Participate in client meetings and showroom presentations.

Design Support

• Assist in developing basic concept designs, mood boards, and furniture layouts.
• Support preparation of 2D/3D designs and presentations for clients.
• Coordinate with design and production teams for project feasibility and execution.
• Help revise concepts based on client feedback or budget considerations.

Learning & Development

• Gain hands-on experience in showroom sales, client handling, and interior/furniture design.
• Develop communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Learn practical tools and software for design visualization (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
• Opportunity to work closely with senior designers and sales staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Student or fresh graduate in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or Business/Sales-related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, energetic, and willing to learn.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of design software is a plus.
• Professional attitude and eagerness to grow in sales and design.
