Intern Social Media

Devsinc is a global technology services company delivering digital transformation and engineering solutions across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. As a Social Media Intern, you'll work closely with our marketing and demand generation teams on real-world projects, contributing to global campaigns and branded assets while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional, and growth-focused environment.

Core Responsibilities

Content Creation and Strategy

  • Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives
  • Research trending topics, industry news, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities
  • Write engaging captions, headlines, and copy for Instagram posts and stories
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan monthly content calendars

Instagram Management

  • Manage day-to-day Instagram account operations, including posting, scheduling, and community engagement
  • Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
  • Track Instagram analytics and provide weekly performance reports on engagement, reach, and follower growth
  • Stay updated on Instagram algorithm changes, new features, and best practices

Reels Production

  • Conceptualize, script, and produce Instagram Reels from idea to final execution
  • Edit videos using mobile and desktop editing tools to create engaging short-form content
  • Source or create trending audio, effects, and transitions to maximize reach and engagement
  • Optimize reel timing, hashtags, and captions for maximum visibility

Brand Consistency and Growth

  • Ensure all content maintains consistent brand identity, tone, and visual aesthetics
  • Implement hashtag strategies and engagement tactics to grow organic reach
  • Identify and engage with relevant industry influencers, brands, and community members
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative social media campaigns

Learning and Development

  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, and platform updates
  • Experiment with new content formats and features to drive engagement
  • Contribute ideas for improving overall social media strategy and performance

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Creative thinking with attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, or social scheduling tools (preferred)
  • Basic graphic design understanding (Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools is a plus)
  • Analytical mindset with willingness to learn social media metrics and performance tracking
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
