Position: Intern – Upwork Bidder
Location: G 13/4 Islamabad
Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time, on-site)
Duration: 3 Months (with the possibility of a permanent role based on performance)

Role Overview

The Intern – Upwork Bidder will support the Business Development team in identifying potential projects, drafting proposals, and communicating with clients through platforms like Upwork and other freelancing marketplaces. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to develop skills in business development, freelancing platforms, and professional client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in searching and identifying suitable projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Draft and submit proposals under the supervision of senior team members.
• Communicate with clients in a professional manner to clarify requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align proposals with company services.
• Maintain records of bids, proposals, and client interactions.
• Learn and apply best practices for online bidding and client acquisition.

Job Specification – Intern (Upwork Bidder) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of online freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.) is a plus.
• Good proposal-writing and research skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow guidance.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Time management and organizational skills.
