Red Star Technologies is looking for an Upwork Bidder Intern to gain hands-on experience in client engagement, proposal development, and project coordination. This internship is perfect for individuals seeking to build practical skills in freelancing platforms, business development, and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms.
- Assist in creating tailored, high-quality proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Support communication with potential clients to gather project details and clarify expectations.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, timelines, and cost estimates.
- Maintain organized records of bids, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- Assist senior team members in managing client relationships and active project pipelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of freelancing platforms (training will be provided).
- Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
