Red Star Technologies is looking for an Upwork Bidder Intern to gain hands-on experience in client engagement, proposal development, and project coordination. This internship is perfect for individuals seeking to build practical skills in freelancing platforms, business development, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms.
  • Assist in creating tailored, high-quality proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Support communication with potential clients to gather project details and clarify expectations.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, timelines, and cost estimates.
  • Maintain organized records of bids, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Assist senior team members in managing client relationships and active project pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of freelancing platforms (training will be provided).
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
