Red Star Technologies is looking for a proactive Upwork Bidder Intern to gain hands-on experience in client acquisition, proposal writing, and project coordination. This role is ideal for individuals interested in freelancing platforms, business development, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess relevant projects on Upwork.
- Prepare customized and high-quality proposals based on client requirements
- Assist in client communication to understand project scope and expectations
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for proposals, timelines, and cost estimates
- Maintain accurate records of bids, communications, and follow-ups
- Support senior team members in managing client relationships and the project pipeline
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of freelancing platforms (training will be provided)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
