Red Star Technologies is looking for a proactive Upwork Bidder Intern to gain hands-on experience in client acquisition, proposal writing, and project coordination. This role is ideal for individuals interested in freelancing platforms, business development, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess relevant projects on Upwork.
  • Prepare customized and high-quality proposals based on client requirements
  • Assist in client communication to understand project scope and expectations
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams for proposals, timelines, and cost estimates
  • Maintain accurate records of bids, communications, and follow-ups
  • Support senior team members in managing client relationships and the project pipeline

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of freelancing platforms (training will be provided)
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
