Red Star Technologies is offering an opportunity for an Upwork Bidder Intern to gain practical exposure in client engagement, proposal writing, and project coordination. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop skills in freelancing platforms, business development, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify suitable projects on Upwork.
  • Assist in preparing customized, high-quality proposals based on client requirements.
  • Support communication with prospective clients to understand project scope and expectations.
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams to help develop proposals, timelines, and cost estimates.
  • Maintain organized records of bids, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Assist senior team members in managing client relationships and ongoing project pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic familiarity with freelancing platforms (training will be provided).
  • Proactive, quick learner, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
