Unacademy is India’s largest learning platform, on a mission to democratize education for every learner. We are looking for a YouTube Operations Intern to support the NET Category by managing daily operations, content scheduling, and performance tracking.

Role Overview

The YouTube Operations Intern will assist in content management, channel operations, and analytics tracking to drive learner engagement. This role requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and an interest in digital content and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day YouTube channel operations for the NET category.
• Assist in content scheduling, uploading, and metadata management (titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails).
• Monitor video performance, audience engagement, and channel growth metrics .
• Coordinate with educators, design, and marketing teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and learner needs.
• Provide weekly reports and insights to improve performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed in any stream).
• Duration: 3–6 months internship.
• 6 Days work from Office.
• Strong interest in digital media, YouTube content, and education space.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets ; basic knowledge of YouTube Studio preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
