Internal Audit Associate(Male)

Job Overview:

Hot N Spicy is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Internal Audit Associate(Male) to support our internal controls, ensure compliance, and strengthen operational efficiency across all departments. This position plays a key role in safeguarding company assets, improving processes, and maintaining transparency in financial and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine internal audits across Finance, Store, Inventory, HR, and Operations.
• Verify invoices, receipts, payments, and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Check compliance with company policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
• Perform cash audits, petty cash checks, and review daily cash sheets.
• Cross-check payroll, attendance, overtime, and related records.
• Carry out physical stock counts and review stock issuance, consumption, and wastage.
• Examine procurement documents such as purchase orders, vendor bills, and GRNs.
• Identify gaps, irregularities, or risks and report them to senior management.
• Prepare audit observations and follow up on pending issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and keep all audit files updated and organized.

Qualifications& Required Skills

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in audit.
• ACCA qualified will be preferred.
• BBA is acceptable, but not below BBA (no lower qualification will be considered).

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
