General Qualifications

• Graduated from related departments of universities, (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering etc.)
• At least 8-10 years of experience in Internal Audit/Internal Control/Risk Management/Inspection departments of independent audit firms, automotive sector experience will be a plus.
• Experienced in auditing and implementing risk management, internal control, and governance processes
• Knowledgeable in the development and implementation of ethical and compliance programs
• Professional proficiency in International Internal Audit Standards and their implementation
• Strong analytical thinking and process analysis skills with a strategic point of view
• Analytical thinking, questioning, presentation skills, solution-oriented and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, advanced written reporting skills
• Preferably at least one of the CIA, SMMM, CFE or CRMA certifications
• Having good command of the SAP system and performing auditing activities on SAP
• No travel restrictions and able to travel actively between production facilities and headquarters.
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Good command of English

Job Description

• To implement the policies and procedures related to the internal audit activities and ensure that they are in line with the Küçükoğlu Group Internal Audit methodology.
• To prepare annual audit plan concerning audit activities on the basis of risk evaluations done and update the related plan when necessary
• Establish and maintain the currency of internal control procedures and control points in connection with company activities
• To conduct internal audit activities in accordance with the policies and procedures and audit methodologies
• To Follow-up of determined action plans, to initiate examinations and investigations, when necessary, about the issues identified during the audit activities and/or misconduct reported to her/him.
• To ensure the efficient monitoring of the resolution of the identified weaknesses and the implementation of mitigation actions
• To perform the annual and continuous risk assessment and to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control and risk management systems
• To report audit findings to the senior management and make timely and reliable reporting to the Audit Committee and Executive Board Members
• To follow international internal audit standards, new practices and develop suggestions for current studies in order to increase the internal audit function of the institution.
• Review the effectiveness of the internal control system by evaluating business activities with a focus on strategic, financial, operational, and legal risks; provide improvement suggestions for areas and opportunities open to development
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities to support the improvement of business processes and the dissemination of best practices within the company
• Create the audit program and organize, carry out, and develop activities such as reviews/investigations
