Internal Audit Manager

• Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan in alignment with business objectives and risk assessments.
• Lead and conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits across various departments and manufacturing units.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying gaps and recommending practical improvements.
• Monitor adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports for senior management and the Board Audit Committee.
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely corrective action implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements and risk management initiatives.
• Stay updated with UAE regulatory requirements and manufacturing industry standards.
• 8–10 years of relevant internal audit experience, with at least 3 years in the manufacturing sector within the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certifications preferred: CIA.
