WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Graduated from the departments of Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering at a reputable university

• Minimum 4 years of experience in audit firms (in audit, risk, or consultancy) and/or in the Retail / Tourism sector (in internal audit)

• Proficient in audit and control practices (preferably holding a CIA certification)

• A team player with the ability to collaborate with different teams when needed

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

• Excellent command of English

• Highly responsible and able to take initiative

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• No restrictions on domestic and international travel

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...

• As part of the annual audit plan, Doğuş Hospitality & Retail will conduct and report process, compliance, and operational audits of companies within its organization within the planned timeframe and scope.
• Ensuring the monitoring and control of actions related to findings identified within the scope of internal audit activities.
• Establishing and effectively implementing preventive continuous audit mechanisms to identify risky areas and control points and mitigate risks.
• Taking an active role in efforts to establish and/or improve policies and procedures related to company processes.
• Conducting or coordinating audits of processes within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and ensuring that actions are taken in response to findings.
• Participating in internal project teams within the scope of consulting activities.
