Internal Audit Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To achieve the overall objectives of the internal audit department.

To perform the audit scope in accordance with the audit programs design

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Suggest the detailed programs for the audit performance and the execution priorities within the limits of the approved plan, as well as the execution time tables and communicate with the department managers to achieve the required coordination.

• Undertake the procedures of audit on a test basis and verifies the implementation of the policies, the administrative and financial procedures, regulations and work systems, penalties authorization tables, and sound execution of these procedures.

• Participate in setting the IA program in addition to attentive concern to the pivotal activities or the critical accounts and estimates the related risks.

• Undertake the audits within the specialized professional rules and according to the detailed programs to perform the assignment and discuss and studies that matter with his supervisor.

• Administer the procedures of audit on a test basis to verify implementation of the policies, the administrative and financial procedures, regulations, the work system, penalties and authorization schedule, as well as sound execution thereof.

• Verify the efficiency of administrative information system used in data processing and that approved control methods are applied to inputs and outputs and during data processing to determine the reliability of extracted data and reports.

• Make sure that pricing, selling, purchasing operations and paying accruals to suppliers as well as inter company’s services are made according to approved policies and regulations and that documents supporting each operation are adequate.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

Education/ Qualifications: Bachelor of commerce Professional Certification CIA or ESAA is an asset.

Work Experience: 6 + Years of relevant experience.

Language: Good command of English language
