Internal Audit Supervisor

In this role, you aren’t just a "checker"—you are a Value Protector. You will lead the charge in identifying risks, streamlining complex workflows, and ensuring that our internal controls are as innovative as the solutions we provide.

Your Mission

• Risk-Based Leadership: Design and execute a dynamic internal audit plan that targets high-risk areas across finance, technology, and operations.
• Operational Excellence: Conduct deep-dive audits into business processes, identifying bottlenecks and providing management with high-impact recommendations to improve ROI and efficiency.
• Team Mentorship: Lead and inspire a team of auditors, ensuring all engagements are conducted with technical precision and in line with IIA Standards (IPPF).
• Data-Driven Auditing: Utilize data analytics and BI tools to transition from traditional "sampling" to 100% data coverage, spotting trends and anomalies in real-time.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure robust adherence to Qatari financial regulations, international accounting standards, and corporate governance best practices.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted consultant to senior leadership, presenting audit findings that focus on root-cause solutions and long-term business resilience.
• Anti-Fraud Champion: Maintain and enhance our fraud prevention frameworks and lead specialized investigations when necessary.

The Profile We’re Looking For

• Experience: 6–10 years in Internal Audit, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Experience in Tech, Fintech, or Digital Services sectors is a major plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
• Credentials: Mandatory certification (CIA is preferred; CPA, CISA, or ACCA are highly valued).
• Technical Savvy: High proficiency in ERP systems and audit software. Experience with data visualization (Power BI/Tableau) is strongly preferred.
• Communication Style: You are a "bridge-builder" who can communicate complex risk concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Language: Professional fluency in English is required; Arabic is a significant advantage for local regulatory coordination in Ar Rayyan.
