Internal Audit Trainee

HR Force is looking to hire 3 motivated Internal Audit Trainees to join our Internal Audit Department. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for aspiring finance and audit professionals to gain hands-on experience working alongside seasoned auditors in a fast-growing technology company.

The program is designed to help trainees build a strong foundation in internal audit practices, enhance their analytical skills, and gain practical exposure to audit processes, risk assessment, and compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Internal Audit team in day-to-day departmental activities and ongoing assignments
• Support the preparation and coordination of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Assist in maintaining audit documentation, records, and working papers in an organized manner
• Participate in special investigations, reviews, and assignments as directed by management
• Provide support in data gathering, analysis, and follow-up activities related to audit observations
• Coordinate with different departments to obtain required information and documentation
• Assist in monitoring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and operational controls
• Support the team in administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth departmental functioning
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and other special projects assigned by the department
• Carry out any additional responsibilities or assignments allocated by supervisors from time to time

Eligibility / Requirements

• CAF Qualifiedormaximum 1 paper remaining
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the audit profession

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
