Internal Auditor

We’re Hiring: Internal Auditor – UAE Experience Required

Al Ghaith Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team and support governance across our group companies.

What we’re looking for:

· Proven experience in internal auditing within the UAE

· Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulatory frameworks

· Familiarity with corporate policies, procedures, and SOP development

· certification in auditing (e.g., CIA or equivalent) is highly preferred

· Experience working within family business structures and navigating multi-entity environments

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct internal audits across Al Ghaith companies

· Review and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures

· Prepare and implement SOPs tailored to each department

· Ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards

· Follow up on departmental reports and ensure timely review

· Analyze operational data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities

· Provide clear, actionable audit reports to senior management

· Collaborate with teams to support corrective actions and process improvements
