Job Description – Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in audit planning, conduct risk assessments, and develop internal audit schedules.
  • Execute and document financial, operational, and compliance audits in line with approved procedures.
  • Review and evaluate internal controls, governance frameworks, data integrity, and system reliability.
  • Prepare detailed audit working papers, including procedures performed, findings, and clear recommendations.
  • Deliver audit reports, present findings to senior management, and propose corrective actions.
  • Follow up on management’s action plans to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior auditors during fieldwork and documentation.
  • Support fraud investigations or special audits as required.
  • Integrate analytics and automation into audit processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Compile daily production status reports, track WIP and TNA deviations, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective action plans.
  • Monitor monthly production targets, ensuring alignment with closing timelines and initiating actions to achieve timely manufacturing completion.
  • Prepare and review monthly production delay reports, presenting insights to senior management and coordinating the resolution of bottlenecks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications
  • 3–5 years of proven internal audit experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing reports, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance.
  • Experience in the retail fashion industry will be highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
