Internal Auditor

Position: Internal Auditor

Location: Muscat, Oman

Department: Internal Audit

Nationality Preference: Omani Nationals

Role Objective:

Plan, conduct, report, and follow up on internal audits to ensure compliance, risk control, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute internal audit programs• Identify risks and control gaps• Generate audit reports and escalate high-risk findings• Monitor corrective actions• Support fraud investigations• Liaise with external auditors• Maintain audit documentation

Required Skills:

• Auditing & risk assessment• Analytical & investigative skills• Communication & reporting• Excellent IT Skills, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, AuditSystem [Application]

• Time management

Experience: 3–5 years in money exchange or financial institutions

Qualifications:

A qualification in Chartered Accountancy (full or partial)or post-graduate in Management/Commerce is required forthis position. Certified Internal Auditor/QMS qualificationswould be an advantage.

Language: Fluent English; Arabic preferred
