Internal Auditor

Job Overview:

The Internal Auditor is responsible for independently evaluating and ensuring compliance with organizational policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal controls, and regulatory requirements across all departments of the organization.
The role involves conducting systematic monthly operational audits, identifying process gaps, control weaknesses, and non-compliance, categorizing audit observations based on risk levels (High, Moderate, Low), and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
The position will act as an independent assurance function, supporting the CEO and senior management in strengthening governance, operational efficiency, and risk management across the organization.

Operational & SOP Compliance Audits
Risk Identification & Assessment – High Risk, Moderate Risk, Low Risk
Audit Reporting
Follow-Up & Corrective Actions
Process Improvement & Controls
Compliance & Governance
Coordination with Department Heads

Key Audit Areas by Department:

Finance, HR, Administration, Supply Chain, IT, Project Execution, Project Sales.

Qualification:

MBA / ACCA
8-10 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance.
Prior experience with reputable Audit Firms is strongly preferred.
Experience in operational audits and internal control evaluations is required.
Exposure to engineering, contracting, manufacturing, or project-based organizations will be an added advantage.

Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
High level of professional integrity, independence, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for audit analysis.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Operational audit or process audit of different departments: 5 years (Preferred)
