We're Hiring – Internal Auditor

Sukooon Wellness is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor to strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance, and support operational excellence across our organization.

Location: Head Office, Choti D Ground, Faisalabad
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits across departments
✔ Review and evaluate internal controls, policies, and procedures
✔ Audit expenses, reimbursements, incentives, and financial transactions
✔ Identify risks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
✔ Verify compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
✔ Prepare audit reports and present findings to management
✔ Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions
✔ Coordinate with Accounts, Retail, Sales, Procurement, and Operations departments

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration
✔ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management
✔ Professional certifications such as CMA, ACCA, CA Inter, CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), ICMA, or equivalent will be preferred
✔ Strong understanding of audit procedures, risk assessment, and internal controls
✔ Excellent command of MS Excel and reporting tools
✔ Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience in Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing industry preferred
