The College of Health and Human Services on the Sacramento State campus is seeking to hire one Administrative Support Coordinator to provide operational support for a grant-funded partnership with American River College focused on developing a certificate and apprenticeship pathway in allied health. This position will coordinate meetings and communications, track project timelines and deliverables, assist with budget and purchasing processes, maintain grant documentation for compliance and reporting, and support collaboration among faculty, staff, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have experience providing administrative support in a professional setting, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a higher education or grant-funded environment.

This is a part-time, temporary, non-benefited position. Employment in all positions with University Enterprises, Inc. is dependent upon the mutual consent of University Enterprises, Inc. and the employee. This means that either University Enterprises, Inc. or the employee can, at any time, terminate the employment relationship at will, with or without cause.
UEI does not allow employees to hold more than one UEI Job at a time, or work in more than one account per pay period. UEI employees who are considering leaving their current UEI position for a different UEI position should inform their supervisor in writing and provide at least a week’s notice.
