A leading events and entertainment organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced
Internal Communications Manager
to join its Marketing & Communications division. This role is ideal for a communications professional who excels at shaping internal culture, driving engagement initiatives, and delivering clear and consistent messaging across a dynamic, fast-paced business.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage internal communications across the organization in collaboration with Marketing & Communications and Human Capital teams.

Develop and maintain internal communications strategies that promote company values, culture, and strategic objectives.

Oversee content creation, internal campaigns, and brand messaging across all internal channels.

Manage the company’s intranet and internal digital platforms, driving adoption and engagement.

Conduct staff insights surveys and translate findings into actionable communications plans.

Monitor effectiveness of communications initiatives and optimize strategies to increase impact.

Manage relationships with relevant external partners and agencies.
Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in internal communications or marketing communications roles, ideally within events, entertainment, or related industries.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
