Internal Control Intern

Position

We are seeking an Internal Control Intern to join our Compliance & Internal Control team at Louis Vuitton Middle East. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn quickly. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills who can contribute effectively to our team.

Job responsibilities

• Analysis of sales and verifying the compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering procedures, follow-up with the stores
• Follow-up with the stores on the internal controls KPIs
• Leading procurement procedure formalization and follow-up: consultation on the procedure requirements, review of the vendor documentation prior to the vendor creation
• Follow-up and tracking of information providing by business units
• Archiving the documentation, maintenance of the database on the vendors and documents.
• Support in an annual Internal Audit process
• Support in 3 rd party due diligence
• Support in Operational Reviews conducted in the stores
• Preparation of communication on compliance and internal control topics, follow up
• Completion of monthly dashboard
• Assistance in implementation of global initiatives in the region in accordance with the manager’s instructions

Profile

• Analytic mindset, pragmatic, good communicator, to-do attitude
• Advanced computer skills: Excel (a must), Word, PowerPoint
• Holder of Bachelor degree in finance, business administration, or business management.
• Any professional experience would be a plus, but not mandatory
• Speaking fluent English, Arabic is a plus
