Your Journey Begins With a Unique Role ✈️

• Develop and implement a risk-based internal control plan,
• Execute control programs according to the risk-based control plan, assist Internal Control Director and support in delivering the key messages to the business at the end of the audit/control project,
• Develop, implement and continuously enhance a data-analytics based Continuous Monitoring / Continuous Auditing structure to proactively identify anomalies, potential fraud indicators, compliance breaches and control breakdowns across key business processes,
• Design key controls and automated exception dashboards, define thresholds and review cadence, and embed analytics into business and control activities,
• Partner with IT/Data teams to ensure data quality, automation, governance and secure access to analytics platforms,
• Conduct various controls, including operation, compliance, performance, financial, information technology and legal,
• Conduct special controls when requested,
• Evaluate the organization's internal control structure and identify areas for improvement,
• Make recommendations for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of resource utilization,
• Prepare comprehensive control reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations,
• Monitor and follow-up the implementation of corrective action plans and ensure timely resolution of control findings,
• Develop and maintain internal control standards and methodologies,
• Stay updated on best practices within the industry and implement them within the organization,
• Mediate disagreements between internal controllers and senior management,
• Oversee the quality assurance and development program for the internal control function,
• Lead and mentor internal control staff,
• Identify and recommend strategies to prevent and eliminate corruption and irregularities,
• Conduct risk assessments to maintain a strong internal audit/control environment,
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements with a positive impact on the company's bottom line,

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences or Engineering, preferably with a Master’s Degree,
• 10 + years of experience in internal auditing, 3 + years of experience in team management,
• Proficiency in Financial Modelling and Analysis Tools,
• Preferably, 3 + years of Big Four experience with work done in process creation or experience in internal audit/control departments of companies in the reel sector,
• Competent in IFRS reporting; preferably with CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA, CRMA and/or SMMM certificates,
• Hands-on experience in data analytics tools and techniques (e.g., ACL/Galvanize, IDEA, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, SAP Analytics, etc.) and ability to translate business risks into analytics tests and monitoring dashboards,
• Experience in Continuous Auditing / Continuous Monitoring programs is a strong advantage,
• Expertise in Financial and Operational audits/control with sufficient experience and excellent knowledge in managing reports on balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements,
• Experience in Tax and Commercial Law, Audit and other Financial Legislations, General Accounting and Cost Accounting Legislation and practices with drive to stay up to date on current changes regarding these fields,
• Knowledge and experience in process set up, development and management,
• Ability to analyze and solve problems with an analytical mindset,
• Great ability for planning and organization,
• Good command in English,
• Willing to engage in communication and sharing among colleagues,
