What we expect ?

• BSc degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or relevant fields,
• Minimum 8 years audit experience is must, additional experience in a similar position is a plus,
• Strong communication skills,
• Strong analytic skills,
• Experienced with big data analytic tools,
• Good command of spoken and written English is a plus,
• RPA, Python and SQL skills are plus,
• Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to find actionable, pragmatic solutions for day-to-day problems ,
• Teamwork oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills,
• Analytical thinking ability with strong planning and organizational skills,
• Self motivated and result oriented,
• No obstruct travelling frequently.

What Does the Internal Controller Role Do at Turkcell?

• Monitoring and Reporting of All Sales Channels Operations,
• Developing of Risk Control Inventory and keeping up to date,
• Implementation of Case Studies and Reporting,
• Auditing Central Operations and Reporting,
• Implementation of Ad-Hoc Audits and Reporting,
• Examination of the sales process and making suggestions for improvement,
• Make process improvement recommendations for the encountered problems,
• Auditing the units’ process that responsible for the sales channels and Reporting.
• According to Turkcell's Information Security Policy business and technical information that has to be defined on the information security management system, determining risks and required safety checks and implementation of the controls,
• Being aware of events that could disrupt business continuity and keeps under control, collaborate with the Business Continuity Management, takes measures to reduce the impact of events, prepares and implements alternative plans, keeps critical documents up to date and accessible.
