To manage all internal company events and engagement programs to enhance company culture and increase employee engagement.
1- Employee Engagement:
- Develop employee benefit programs by arranging deals and discounts with suppliers and promote activities on premise across all regions.
- Analyse data from a employees’ engagement survey and plan initiatives that enhance company culture and engagement.
- Research best market practice in employee engagement and customize them internal events.
2 - Employee Events Management:
- Organize company-wide initiatives to increase employee engagement and enhance company culture
- Participate in launching Bupa Group events & activations in local regions
- Identify engaging internal activities that promotes 'employees health and wellbeing
- Manage end to end internal events & engagement programs with procurement and event agencies for installation and branding
- Support with site location access for agencies in collaboration with safety and security
- Manage vendors during implementation for on site check in and approve location elements to ensure quality and standards are met
- Analyze post survey feedback on engagement programs and suggest enhancements for future programs
