Internal Heating System Installer [Moscow, Russia]

Key responsibilities

• Installation: Installing new heating systems, including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and radiant heating, according to blueprints and manufacturer specifications.
• System components: Fabricating and installing ductwork, copper refrigerant lines, gas lines, and electrical components.
• Testing and troubleshooting: Testing the system after installation to ensure it is running efficiently and safely. Diagnosing and fixing faults.
• Maintenance and repair: Performing routine maintenance on systems and repairing or replacing defective components.
• Customer interaction: Communicating with customers, explaining how to operate the new system, and providing customer support.
• Safety and compliance: Following all relevant building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Required skills and knowledge

• Technical skills: Proficiency in brazing, soldering, and electrical wiring.
• Mechanical aptitude: The ability to understand and work with mechanical systems and components.
• Blueprint reading: Ability to interpret blueprints, design specifications, and schematics to ensure proper installation.
• Troubleshooting: Strong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Customer service: Good communication skills for interacting with clients and providing clear instructions.
• Physical fitness: The role requires physical exertion, often involving working in tight spaces or on ladders.
