Internal Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer & Planner

We are looking for someone who can help us design and deploy our own Dynamics 365, Field Services & Sales ERP & CRM system.

Overview

We’re looking for a knowledgeable and friendly Microsoft 365 expert to provide hands-on support and training on various tools and services. This part-time/contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others learn while also jumping in to build and optimize digital solutions.

You’ll work side-by-side with us to deploy systems, automate workflows, and teach us how to manage and evolve our Microsoft environment.

Responsibilities

• Train one-on-one on how to use and build within:
• Power Automate – creating cloud flows for automation
• Power Apps – building apps with low-code tools
• Power BI – visualizing data and creating dashboards
• Power Pages / Power Sites – creating secure business websites
• Microsoft Teams – setting up teams, channels, and user permissions
• SharePoint Online – organizing sites, content, and permissions
• Assist with building and deploying solutions where needed
• Set up and configure user roles and security roles across Microsoft 365
• Provide practical insights and best practices for working within Microsoft’s ecosystem
• Document processes and training steps for future reference
• Collaborate flexibly based on availability and project needs

Qualifications

• Be located in the greater Austin, Texas area.
• Solid experience working with Microsoft 365, including the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Sites)
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts in simple terms
• Hands-on experience with user provisioning, security roles, and Teams/SharePoint setups
• Strong communicator and reliable collaborator
• Available to work on a flexible, part-time or contract basis
• Bonus if certified in Microsoft tools (but not required)
