Job Purpose:
To supervise the execution of the Career Mobility processes while ensuring the alignment with HR strategy and policies.
Job Description:
Internal Screening and Selection
1. Supervise employees' internal mobility across the different business areas in accordance to the organizations' needs and the staff transfer policy.
2. Ensure effective communication with all internal applicants through the communication of the feedback of interviews, and with different business heads/HR stakeholders to support smooth transfer process and provide necessary updates.
3. Review the staff transfer requests across different business areas in compliance with the staff transfer policy.
Unpaid Cut Returns Management
4. Supervise the proper allocation of employees cutting their unpaid leaves through sharing with them available vacancies and inviting them to interview panels to place them in positions that best suit their qualifications and experience in adherence to the set policies and procedures.
Career Mobility
5. Supervise the logistics of contract renewal panel through the setting of meeting, administrating the interview and providing feedback on employees’ to maintain high level of selection.
6. Supervise the execution of the promotion process, through the accurate preparation of employees’ eligibility lists as per the set promotion criteria, review business recommendations, and ensure that the relevant assessment is conducted by the promotion candidate and coordinate with relevant HR team in the implementation of approved recommendations.
7. Supervise the timely and accurate update of promoted employees’ data on HR Oracle system to ensure all data and changes are regularly updated.
Policies, Processes and Procedures
8. Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Day-to-day management
9. Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the OD & HR Business Partners department to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
Compliance
10. Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline
Minimum 5 - 7 years of Experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
Proven experience and knowledge of the Banking and Financial industries is a plus
Skills
Excellent command of English & Arabic languages
Good understanding of MS Office applications
Good Analytical and Organizing skills
Good Communication and Problem Solving skills
